We sell digital crochet patterns only. This Order & Refund Policy explains how orders, digital delivery, payment issues, cancellations, and refund requests are handled when you purchase from Crochetcraftly.com
By placing an order on Crochet Craftly, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
Order Processing
All Crochet Craftly products are digital crochet patterns. Once your payment has been successfully completed, your order will normally be processed electronically and your purchased pattern will be made available for download.
Because our products are digital, no physical item will be shipped to you. You will not receive a finished crochet item, yarn, crochet hook, stuffing, accessories, or any other physical materials.
Please review the product description carefully before placing your order to make sure you are purchasing the correct pattern.
Digital Delivery
After a successful purchase, your crochet pattern will be delivered digitally or made available through the download method provided at checkout or through your customer account, where applicable.
We recommend downloading your purchased pattern and saving a copy on your device for future use.
If you have completed your payment but cannot access your pattern, please contact Support@crochetneedle.com with your order information so we can review the issue and assist you.
Incorrect Email or Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including a valid email address.
If you entered an incorrect email address or made an error in your order information, please contact Support@crochetneedle.com as soon as possible.
Where reasonably possible, we will help locate your order and correct the information needed for you to access your purchased pattern.
Order Cancellations
Because digital crochet patterns may be delivered or made available for download shortly after payment, orders generally cannot be cancelled once the digital file has been delivered or made available.
If you believe you placed an order by mistake and the pattern has not yet been delivered or made available, contact us as soon as possible. We will review the request based on the status of the order.
Refund Policy
Because Crochet Craftly sells digital crochet patterns, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the digital pattern has been delivered or made available for download.
Digital products cannot normally be returned in the same way as physical products. For this reason, we strongly recommend reviewing the product title, description, images, skill level, and other available information before completing your purchase.
A change of mind, purchasing the wrong pattern by mistake, not having the required crochet skill level, or deciding not to use the pattern will not normally qualify for a refund once the digital product has been delivered.
Problems With Your Purchase
If you receive the wrong pattern, your file is corrupted, the file cannot reasonably be opened, or a genuine technical issue prevents you from accessing the pattern you purchased, please contact us.
We will review the issue and may provide technical assistance, a corrected file, or a replacement download where appropriate.
If the issue cannot reasonably be resolved, a refund may be considered where appropriate or where required by applicable law.
Pattern Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that our crochet patterns are accurate and clear. However, occasional typographical, formatting, or stitch-count errors may occur.
If you believe you have found an error in a pattern, please contact us so we can review it.
Where an error is confirmed, we may provide a corrected or updated version of the pattern. A minor correctable error does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
Payment Issues
An order is considered complete only after payment has been successfully processed.
If your payment fails, is declined, or remains incomplete, access to the digital pattern may not be provided until the payment is successfully completed.
Your bank, card provider, or payment processor may apply additional processing times, currency-conversion charges, or other fees that are outside the control of Crochet Craftly.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Order & Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide you with additional rights, those rights will continue to apply.
