Frequently Asked Questions
Crochet Craftly sells digital crochet patterns only. Our products are downloadable pattern files that provide written instructions to help you create the crochet item shown in the product images.
When you purchase from Crochet Craftly, you are purchasing the pattern instructions and not the finished item itself. Yarn, crochet hooks, stuffing, accessories, buttons, safety eyes, or any other physical materials are not included unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
We recommend reading the full product description before purchasing so you can check the pattern details, skill level, materials, and any other important information.
All products sold on Crochetcraftly.com are digital crochet patterns.
Nothing will be shipped to your home or mailing address. After completing your purchase, you will receive access to the digital pattern file so you can download it to your computer, phone, tablet, or another compatible device.
Because our products are digital, you can usually begin working on your crochet project without waiting for physical shipping or delivery.
Once your payment has been successfully completed, your purchased crochet pattern will be made available digitally.
You should download the pattern and save a copy on your device so that you can access it whenever you need it. We also recommend keeping a backup copy of your purchased files in a safe location.
If your payment was completed but you cannot access your pattern, please contact us at Support@crochetneedle.com and provide the email address used for your purchase and any relevant order information so we can assist you.
If you experience difficulty downloading or opening your pattern, first make sure that your internet connection is working correctly and that your device supports the file format provided.
You may also try downloading the file again or opening it on another compatible device.
If the file appears to be corrupted, you received the wrong pattern, or a technical issue prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact Support@crochetneedle.com. We will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to help you access the pattern you purchased.
Because Crochet Craftly sells digital crochet patterns, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the pattern has been delivered or made available for download.
Digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical products. For this reason, we encourage customers to carefully review the product description before completing a purchase.
If you receive the wrong file, the file is corrupted, or a genuine technical issue prevents you from accessing your purchase, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide technical assistance, a corrected file, a replacement download, or another appropriate solution.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Yes. Unless an individual pattern specifically states otherwise, you may sell finished crochet items that you personally make using Crochet Craftly patterns on a small-scale handmade basis.
This permission applies to handmade finished products and does not include factory production, mass production, or large-scale commercial manufacturing.
When selling your finished items, please use your own photographs of the products you have made. Crochet Craftly product photographs, illustrations, graphics, or pattern images may not be used to advertise your own finished products.
Where reasonably possible, we appreciate credit such as “Pattern by Crochet Craftly – Crochetcraftly.com”
No. The crochet pattern itself may not be sold, shared, copied, reproduced, translated, uploaded, exchanged, or redistributed in any form.
Purchasing a pattern gives you a limited right to use the instructions for your own crochet projects and, where allowed, to sell handmade finished items created from the pattern.
The copyright and ownership of the original pattern remain with Crochet Craftly. Purchasing the file does not transfer those rights to the buyer.
